Welcome to the Energetic Dance Journey

What makes up 5-Rhythms by Gabrielle Roth is a process of experiencing five moods through dance. The sequence of these moods is essential here: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyricism, stillness.
Experiencing these moods and qualities can be cleansing and clarifying.
In our dance event Energetic Dance Journey, we walk through the qualities of three chakras in the body in one evening, moving upwards from the bottom to the top of the body.
The music of this evening consists of three waves.
A wave begins with the frequency that corresponds to the respective chakra and then invites you to experience the qualities and moods of this chakra in your individual dance!

You are completely free in your dance expression! Let yourself be surprised by the movement, forms, feelings and moods that want to show themselves.
You decide in every moment whether you want to dance for yourself or with others.
Either way, we share a common space, a common earth. And are therefore together on this dance journey.
Your dance journey is transformational!
At the end, you are invited to let the journey resonate within you in peace. The sounds will support you. A spiritual experience becomes possible!

ૐ Through frequency and musical key (based on the Cosmic Octave by Hans Cousto), the sacral chakra, heart chakra, and third eye are directly addressed and activated.
ૐ Welcome to free dance, free expression, the joy of movement, and the delight of truly, sensually perceiving your body in motion—welcome to the ecstatic!

ૐ Welcome to a magical space where presence and true, authentic encounters through dance can happen—only if and for as long as you wish.

ૐ For each of the three chakras, there will be chakra-specific incense made from plants and resins. You are invited to be touched and inspired by the scent. The aroma will come to you gently and only if you wish. It will be used very subtly in the space, ensuring plenty of fresh air for dancing!


Sabine Sonnenschein
is a choreographer, dancer, dance educator, tantra teacher, and clinical sexologist (Sexocorporel method).
She studied contemporary dance and has presented 39 artistic works as a freelance choreographer and performer across Europe and in New York City.
She lives, loves, and teaches a fusion of the Kashmiri tantric worldview and dance as a way of life. She supports people in becoming more aware of themselves, in feeling deeply, and in cultivating a healthy and fulfilling (sexual) life.
She has taught at numerous international dance and tantra festivals such as ImPulsTanz Vienna, Contact Festival Freiburg, Contact in Paradise, Contact Festival Austria, Tantra Festival Ibiza, Baltic Tantra Festival, Open Heart Festival at ZEGG near Berlin, Touch & Play, and Sexolution.
Since 2008, she has been a student of Daniel Odier, diving into non-dual Kashmiri Tantra and Kashmiri massage (Yoga of Touch). She continues deepening her studies of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra with Dr. Bettina Bäumer (Varanasi).
Sabine works as a sex coach, offering therapeutic guidance, tantric bodywork for women, and healing womb-space dialogues.

∆VREL
Deeply rooted in music, visual arts, and spirituality since childhood, ∆VREL creates musical spaces as a producer and DJ (Bass Music, Organic House, Psytrance & subgenres…).
He works alchemically with sound, crafting music pieces that, through the choice of specific frequencies, can have profound effects on body, mind, and soul.
He curates Ecstatic Dance DJ sets and performs at selected festivals and art events.
In the new event format Energetic Dance Journey, co-created with Sabine Sonnenschein, specific energy centers/chakras in the body are activated and energized through their respective frequencies.
