ENERGETIC DANCE JOURNEY with ∆VREL and Sabine Sonnenschein April 25, 2025, 7–10 PM FROM FLOW TO THE HEART SPACE AND INTUITION Sabine Sonnenschein and DJ ∆VREL present ENERGETIC DANCE JOURNEY—a special format for free dance with a clear and partially guided structure. The sounds have an alchemical effect: Specific energy centers/chakras in the body are stimulated and energized by their corresponding frequencies. The music of the evening flows in three waves, each assigned to a different chakra, activating and awakening its energy. Each wave begins with the frequency that corresponds to a chakra and then invites you to explore the qualities and moods of that chakra in your personal dance! The music, specially composed and arranged by Aurel Bernaschek, is based on the Cosmic Octave by Hans Cousto. Sabine Sonnenschein guides you through energizing breath practices for the chakras and invites you into free movement, supported by inspired impulses from the energy centers. We begin by connecting to the element of water, to flow, to feeling. We let go and enter the dance from the sacral chakra / Svadhisthana. Let yourself be surprised by the power and pleasure that emerge in your dance. We then breathe with tantric breath into the heart space, activating the Anahata chakra. With each inhale, the heart space expands. The element of air is welcomed. You feel what qualities arise in your heart and how it wants to move, how it leads you into dance. Finally, you connect through a special breath to the third eye / Ajna chakra in the center of your head. It’s about higher vibration. You surrender to your intuition and let the dance flow from your third eye. Opening these three energy centers during the evening will continue to resonate within you for days—bringing you into your flow, your love, and your intuition.
