Watch the video Sabine Sonnenschein and DJ ∆VREL present ENERGETIC DANCE JOURNEY, a new format for free dance with a clear and partly guided structure. The sounds work alchemically: Specific energy centers (chakras) in the body are activated and energized through corresponding frequencies. The music for this evening consists of three waves, each assigned to a specific chakra: 1st Chakra (Muladhara) 3rd Chakra (Manipura) 5th Chakra (Vishuddhi) Each wave begins with the frequency related to the corresponding chakra and then invites you to experience the qualities and moods of that chakra in your individual dance! These qualities include: Muladhara (Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine): Earth, grounding, safety, security, primal trust, strength Manipura (Solar plexus area): Fire, willpower, direction, assertiveness Vishuddhi (Throat Chakra): Space, purification, speech, expression, clarity This creates a dynamic arc of tension, composed of three waves, each with its own inner structure. We journey from the lowest chakra, the base at the pelvic floor, upward through the solar plexus (Manipura), to the throat chakra (Vishuddhi), and finally to the crown chakra (Sahasrara). You are completely free in your dance expression! Let yourself be surprised by the movements, shapes, emotions, moods, and inner aspects that want to emerge. At every moment, you decide whether to dance alone or with others. You also decide how long you want to stay in a shared dance. In any case, we share a common space — one Earth — and are thus connected on this dance journey. Your dance journey is transformational! At the end, you are invited to allow the experience to resonate quietly within you. The sounds support you in this. A spiritual experience becomes possible! You are invited to integrate your experience. The emotions that have emerged point toward something — they draw your attention to what matters.
