Sabine Sonnenschein and DJ ∆VREL present ENERGETIC DANCE JOURNEY—a unique format for free dance with a clear and partially guided structure. The sounds have an alchemical effect:
Specific energy centers/chakras in the body are stimulated and energized by their corresponding frequencies.
The music of the evening flows in three waves, each dedicated to a different chakra, awakening and activating it.
Each wave begins with the frequency corresponding to a chakra and then invites you to experience the qualities and moods of that chakra through your personal dance!
The music, specially composed and arranged by Aurel Bernaschek, is based on the Cosmic Octave by Hans Cousto. Sabine Sonnenschein guides energetic breathing practices for the chakras and offers inspired impulses that invite you to explore free movement, grounded in the chakras.
This time we begin with the 1st chakra, Muladhara, located at the pelvic floor—our connection to the Earth and inner foundation. You ground yourself and feel your physical base level.
Tantric breath activates the 1st chakra, which is associated with basic trust, grounding, safety, and feeling at home.
You discover your personal dance from this place of Earth and inner security. You connect with the space of your pelvis.
Next, focus and inner fire are awakened through connection with the 3rd chakra, Manipura, using tantric breath.
The fire of the solar plexus lets you experience your power through dance. Feel your strength in your free movement.
Finally, we tone the throat chakra, energize the Vishuddhi chakra with Ujjayi breathing, and express ourselves freely in space—supported by the grounding of the Earth and the power of Manipura.
Opening these three energy centers over the course of the evening will resonate within you for days, empowering your energy and expression!
